Press Release Summary = The writer Robert Ronsson has been commended in four separate writing competitions.
Press Release Body = Robert Ronsson placed second in the 25th Annual Writers' Conference competition, and was highly commended in the 2006 Yeovil Literary prize competition. In another 2006 competition, run by www.likeheaven.it, Robert won a week's writing workshop in Tuscany, Italy.
In November, he was awarded second prize in the "Countries of the Mind" competition run by the National Academy of Writing in conjunction with the University of Central England in Birmingham. The judges for this competition, which included novelist Nicola Monaghan and biographer Roger Lewis, commended Robert's "strong narrative voice", his "assured compression of detail and event", and on "the very lively humour of the piece".
Robert Ronsson lives in Bewdley, England. He recently completed Olympic Mind Games, an adventure story about young twins who are forced to grow up ahead of their time. It is set in the year 2012 against the backdrop of the London Summer Olympics. Olympic Mind Games is the first book in the Roswell File series featuring the Donovan twins.
